GAIA is a compact and essential laminator built for the field of graphics and advertising. It can lay application tape, do lamination, apply mounting film and perform mounting on panels 30 mm thick.

Being a simple machine, GAIA is equipped with touch pad control and sophisticated safety systems.

CE certified, the laminator GAIA is endowed with a photosensitive device that immediately stops the rotation of the rolls if interested by extraneous objects.

Such system, managed by microprocessor, is tested once to every pressure of the button of start, verifying the real efficiency of it, for further safety. Besides this machine is provided of button of emergency stop.

The speed rotation of the rollers is electronically regulated with start switch from console or foot pedal (for hand free operation). The tension of the film to be applied and that of the release liner, is controlled by two groups of separate clutches.

The rolls of film can be changed in a few seconds also because the support shaft is equipped with an automatic self-locking ring. The practical support stand on wheels completes the equipment of the laminator.
